Gerald is an economist, a successful farmer and ardent champion for agribusiness in Uganda. He has served on the Boards of Uganda Revenue Authority, NUCAFE, CURAD, as well as aBi Trust and Tropical Bank. He is a former Minister of Finance, Planning & Economic Development in the Ugandan government and is a past Chairperson of the Private Sector Foundation of Uganda (PSFU) and a past Chairman of the East African Business Council (EABC).
