The UAA Stakeholder Groups

Our members are drawn from agribusiness associations, agribusiness related apex organisations, large agribusinesses, financial institutions, ancillary services providers and others that support agribusiness industry development in Uganda.

Our members’ and partners’ investments as value chain actors cut across the entire agricultural value chains from input to output markets, export markets, logistics companies, equipment and consumer foods manufacturing, as well as agribusiness supporting mechanisms such as, research, finance, insurance, innovations and technologies, climate change adaptation and climate smart agriculture, human capital development, etc. Our stakeholders also include value chain supporters working together to grow Uganda’s agricultural economy, create jobs and lift millions out of poverty. The UAA stakeholders therefore include;

While our focus remains on Uganda –improving agribusinesses and well-being of the agribusiness actors, as well as promoting and supporting inclusive growth of our country’s economy, our influence and reach is far wider. UAA is a Pan- African influencer and forms part of a continental network of agribusiness chambers, which spurs learning, collaboration and exchange between countries in Africa, as well as with global bilateral and multilateral partners.
